有在用 jQuery 作為 JavaScript framework 的朋友們，趕快更新到 1.2.6 吧！速度增加不少喔（官方宣稱）。

雖然在 Google Code 上早就已經釋出了 1.2.6 的版本，不過昨天才正式在 blog 上公開這個消息，還有正式的 Release Notes，到底哪些 API 增進了多少效能，這裡就不重覆轉述一次了，有興趣知道的人就到官方 blog 或是 Releast Notes 上參考吧！

.index() supports jQuery collections

jQuery’s .index() function has allowed you to find the location of a DOM element in the jQuery collection - now you can also specify a jQuery collection (the first element of which will be extracted and located in the original set).
