Rails 1.2 及 Prototype 1.5 釋出

Rails 是基於 Ruby 程式語言的一個 Web application development framework，而 Prototype 則是一個 JavaScript framework。會擺在同一篇的原因是因為 Rails 裡也用到了 Prototype ，當然， Rails 1.2 也使用了 Prototype 1.5 ，以下是各自的消息：
